Lynn Barnett is the owner and lead appraiser of Lynn Barnett & Associates, a trusted real estate appraisal firm serving the Lake Tahoe basin and surrounding areas since 2006. With over three decades of experience beginning in 1989, Lynn is a Certified General Appraiser licensed in both California and Nevada. She is committed to providing honest, thorough, and fair appraisals across a wide range of property types including commercial, industrial, residential, vacant land, acreage land and specialty properties such as schools, easements and development rights. Lynn has many years of experience working with and staying up to date with the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency rules and regulations, and with zoning and other regulations associated with the various counties and cities in the region.
